Problem: Eurostar Snap is only available to those active on social media. So how do we reach out to them and let them know you can now get day trips from £25 each way?
Solution: We connected with customers using something they would be familiar with via Facebook. Texting stories was a great way to tell customers what the product was about, whilst also delivering a sales message. This fun campaign was met with a great response online with many leaving very positive comments and most importantly sales spiked.
